1. What we collect

• Account information — your email address, if you create an account.
• Your files — the images and videos you upload, and the results we generate for you.
• Usage and payment data — basic activity logs, your token balance, and records of purchases.

2. How we use it

We use this information to provide and improve the Service, process your files, maintain your gallery, handle payments, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your files to train any models.

3. Storage and retention

We store the files you upload and the results we generate so they are available in your account. You can delete any result at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your files and personal data, except for limited records we are required to keep (for example, transaction records) to meet legal or accounting obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service — such as payment processing, hosting, and storage — under agreements that protect your data, and where required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your content and your account in the app, or contact us at privacy@mediacleaner.com.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. International processing

Your data may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where it is, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
