Refund Policy

Media Cleaner runs on prepaid tokens. This policy explains when tokens and purchases can be refunded.
1. Tokens that have been used
Tokens are consumed when we process your files, which uses computing resources immediately. For that reason, tokens that have already been used are non-refundable.
2. Failed jobs are never charged
If a job fails because of a problem on our side, the tokens for that job are automatically returned to your balance. You are never charged for a result you did not receive.
3. Unused tokens
If you purchased a token pack and have not used it, you may request a refund of the unused tokens within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@mediacleaner.com. Partially used packs may be refunded for the unused portion at our discretion.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@mediacleaner.com from the email on your account and tell us which purchase you mean. We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. Billing problems
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we are happy to help and it is usually faster than a chargeback.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
