These Terms govern your use of Media Cleaner (the “Service”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

1. The Service

Media Cleaner provides online tools to edit and clean up your images and videos, including removing unwanted elements such as watermarks, captions, and logos. Results are generated automatically and provided on an “as is” basis; we do not guarantee any particular result, quality, or outcome.

2. Your content and your responsibility

You keep all rights to the files you upload (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for how you use the results. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• you own Your Content, or have all rights and permissions needed to upload it and to remove or alter any element within it;
• your use will not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other right of any person; and
• you will not use the Service to remove, alter, or circumvent any watermark, attribution, rights-management information, or other protection that you are not authorized to remove, or for any unlawful purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of Your Content or your use of the Service.

3. Licence to operate

Solely to provide the Service to you, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content and the results back to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and we do not use it to train any models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

4. Tokens and payment

Certain features consume “tokens”, a prepaid credit. Tokens are consumed when we process your files. Tokens are not money, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Prices may change. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful or infringing content, no violating others’ rights, and no attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or use it through unauthorized automated means. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
